Adult Fitness Program
The benefits of exercise last a lifetime. Our Adult Fitness Program offers nutrition counseling and personalized exercise routines that can guide you toward a healthier lifestyle.
A team that includes exercise physiologists and staff members certified by the performs comprehensive fitness evaluations and develops individualized programs. Participants are motivated to achieve their fitness goals as they learn how to exercise properly, efficiently and safely.

Memberships are available on a limited basis to University faculty, staff, students, and other adults in neighboring communities. All participants must be over the age of 18. Entry into the program is contingent upon the approval of the individual’s personal physician. A physician’s clearance form must be submitted in order to participate in the exercise program.
Membership Fees
Rates subject to change. The yearly fees must be paid in full as indicated and all fees are due at the start of the enrollment period.

Program Schedule
All sessions meet for one hour on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at the following times. The schedule subject to change and closures are generally in accordance with the University schedule.
